Entrepreneurial flair- where we began

Having consulted on projects for a period of circa 10 years I saw that I needed to widen my exposure to more clients in order to get a better depth of understanding of markets, situations, trends and overall experience. This would then improve my overall skill sets and attractiveness to the market.

I started my consultancy business (BCMS) in 2013, and developed my core skills as a business analyst specialising in system software in the asset management industry. Typically BCMS works along side other consulting companies to deliver projects where there are multiple workstreams. Through my time here I have built and lead teams to implement large scale Enterprise resource planning systems for over 1000 users. Project budgets are in circa £1.5m- £2m and typically have a duration of 12 months. Through these projects, success comes from communicating with leadership teams, being able to prioritise and escalate key activities at the right time in order to get the best results. Being able to motivate teams to get the best outcome has been a strength and skill that has lead to a good number of projects completing to time and high quality standards.

BCMS has completed circa 5 large scale implementations over the last 7 years, from this many medium sized change projects and a number of support contracts were awarded over this time
